Refund Policy

At Nexzenn Digital, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of our work, all payments are generally non-refundable. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be applicable.

1. No Refund Policy

  • All payments made for services are non-refundable
  • Once a project is started, no refund will be issued for work already completed
  • Payments for completed milestones are strictly non-refundable

2. Advance Payments

  • Advance payments are required to initiate projects
  • These payments are non-refundable as they cover resource allocation, planning, and initial work

3. Cancellation Policy

  • If a client decides to cancel the project after work has started, no refund will be provided
  • Any work completed until the cancellation date may be delivered upon request

4. Partial Refund (Exceptional Cases Only)

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Nexzenn Digital is unable to start the project
  • Or fails to deliver any agreed service (without valid reason)

In such cases, the refund (if approved) will be partial and based on work completed.

5. Delays & Non-Refund

  • Delays caused due to client (content, approvals, etc.) do not qualify for refunds
  • Delays caused by third-party services (hosting, APIs, platforms) are not eligible for refunds

6. Change of Mind

  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after project initiation
  • Any additional requirements or changes will be treated as new scope and billed separately

7. Digital Marketing Services

  • No guarantees are made for specific results (rankings, leads, sales)
  • Payments for marketing services (SEO, Ads, etc.) are non-refundable

8. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of any concerns, clients are encouraged to contact us for resolution
  • We aim to resolve issues professionally and fairly
