Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Nexzenn Digital provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Website Development
• App Development
• Digital Marketing (SEO, Ads, Social Media)
• Software Solutions

Scope of work will be defined separately in project agreements or proposals.

2. Payments

• All payments must be made as per agreed terms before or during project execution
• Partial or advance payments may be required before starting the project
• Delay in payment may result in pause or termination of services
• All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

3. Project Timeline

• Timelines will be shared based on project scope
• Delays caused due to client (content, approvals, etc.) will extend delivery timelines
• Nexzenn Digital is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services

4. Revisions & Changes

• Limited revisions will be provided as per agreed scope
• Any additional changes outside the scope will be chargeable
• Major changes after approval may require new timelines and costs

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information and required materials on time
• Respond to approvals and feedback promptly
• Ensure all shared content (images, data, etc.) is legally owned or permitted

6. Intellectual Property

• Final project ownership will be transferred to the client only after full payment
• Nexzenn Digital retains the right to showcase the work in portfolio and marketing

7. Third-Party Services

• We may use third-party tools (hosting, APIs, plugins, etc.)
• Nexzenn Digital is not responsible for issues, downtime, or changes caused by third-party services

8. Support & Maintenance

• Post-delivery support (if any) will be provided as per agreement
• Ongoing maintenance or updates may require additional charges

9. Limitation of Liability

Nexzenn Digital will not be liable for:

• Business losses, revenue loss, or indirect damages
• Issues caused due to external platforms (Google, Meta, hosting, etc.)
• Security breaches beyond our control

10. Termination

• Either party can terminate the project with prior notice
• Payments made till the date of termination are non-refundable
• Work completed till that stage will be delivered (if applicable)

11. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree not to share confidential information
• Client data and project details will be handled securely

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of Mumbai, India.

13. Updates to Terms

Nexzenn Digital reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
